Drew is quite simply a joy and pleasure to work with. He consistently kept me informed throughout the process, and answered all my questions promptly. I do hope to work with him again in the future. Victoria Forte also was great and assisted throughout the process. She is prompt, responsive, and extremely helpful. They are a great team.
So Drew and Danaan were amazing. My only issue is the under writers. I entered into this cyclical process where I’d be asked for something. I’d provide it and then Drew and Danaan would pass it along and have to come right back to me and ask me for something else or a different version. If I was going to provide any feedback it would be more clarity in the initial request. IE if you need something and certain forms aren’t viable or you need a specific option like a PDF vs another type of file let the client know from the get go so they don’t need to repeat the same task multiple times. But that’s my only criticism. I was in a really tough place in life and Drew and Danaan made this loan happen to get me out of a really bad situation. I will always be thankful for that.
